Just plug the battery into the USB-C charging cable (provided) and plug the other end into any USB port and you are good to go! This is a very recent upgrade so there’s a chance you thought you were getting the previous version that required you to use our charger.

The product I want is out of stock. When can I expect more in stock?

We occasionally get in new shipments throughout the winter season. If we are getting more in stock, you will be able to backorder the product. If there is no option to backorder, you can expect it to be back in stock the following September.

I'm shipping to Canada, am I responsible for duties and taxes?

All international customs and duties charges, resulting from a purchase going to a non-US address, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Charges resulting from a refused shipments will be deducted from any eligible refund.
