Here at Gobi Heat we understand needing to get warm fast and are dedicated to getting your products to you. Please take a few moments to review our shipping information below to help decide the right shipping options for you.
- Once received, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If you have selected to preorder one of our backordered items your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days of our warehouse having received the shipment in.
- Our standard shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Detailed shipping options that are available for your shipping address can be seen on your shipping selection screen during the check-out process.
- If your package has been lost or damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you received a damaged package make sure to save all damaged packing materials and items to assist in your claim.
- Occasionally, the shipping method you select may have a service delay or interruption caused by weather, mechanical issues or such. This is out of the control of Gobi Heat and needs to be addressed, by the customer, with the carrier. We do not issue refunds for shipping fees we pay to the carrier of your choice on your behalf.
