The 6500-PD supports 30W PD fast charging and is specified to recharge in 3 hours or less. Runtime depends on the number of heating zones and the heat setting of the product it powers, so check that product’s listed runtime.

The product I want is out of stock. When can I expect more in stock?
We occasionally get in new shipments throughout the winter season. If we are getting more in stock, you will be able to backorder the product. If there is no option to backorder, you can expect it to be back in stock the following September.
SHIPPING
When will I get my order and how do I track it?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once an order has shipped an email with a tracking number will be emailed to the email on file. Be sure to check your junk folder as some automated messages may go there.
I'm shipping to Canada, am I responsible for duties and taxes?
All international customs and duties charges, resulting from a purchase going to a non-US address, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Charges resulting from a refused shipments will be deducted from any eligible refund.
