Gobi Heat stands behind the quality of its products. Our jackets, hoodies, and gloves are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product ships from Gobi Heat. Batteries are covered under a separate 90-day warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to Gobi Heat. If our inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item and reimburse return shipping costs (up to $15) for orders placed through www.gobiheat.com.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from attempted repairs by unauthorized parties
• Products that have been altered, misused, or subjected to unintended use

Return Instructions:

When returning a product for warranty service, please include a note with:

• Original order number
• Current contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
• A brief description of the issue

Please note: We do not issue refunds for warranty claims. Products will be repaired or replaced based on our assessment.
